The word yoga means “union”, an experience of connecting your mind, body and breath to create a balance within.

Laura has been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching Hatha style yoga for 13 years. As soon as she was introduced to yoga she fell in love with the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of the practice. She uses her background in fitness and psychology to educate her students about the benefits of connecting the movements of their bodies and breath as they learn to calm their minds. Laura brings a playful, supportive and calm teaching style to her class. She continues to grow her knowledge and understanding of yoga for herself and her students by participating in yoga workshops throughout the year.
